Our prices per room (GST included):

Single occupancy   -   $ 70 per night         ($ 65 per night if you stay 4 or more nights)

Double occupancy -   $ 100 per night       ($ 95 per night if you stay 4 or more nights)

Triple occupancy   -   $ 125 per night       ($ 120 per night if you stay 4 or more nights)

Children in Play-pen stay for free

NEW!  Guests who are staying with us during the months of November through March have the opportunity to rent the room on a special rate:   Rate "1" includes daily cleaning of your room and bathroom, and a fridge stocked daily with all your breakfast needs. With choosing Rate "2" you would need to provide your own food, and the room/bathroom get cleaned once a week.

Single occupancy:   Rate 1 - $300 per week, Rate 2 - $200 per week

Double occupancy: Rate 1 - $450 per week, Rate 2 - $350 per week

Triple occupancy:  Rate 1 - $550 per week, Rate 2 - $450 per week 

 Breakfast: We do not offer different prices for low- or high-season - however, in the months of July and August we will be able to provide you with an European-style breakfast served on our cozy covered porch with fresh buns,  fresh brewed coffee (or cappuccino), hot or cold cocoa for the children, boiled eggs, a serving-platter with different styles of cold cuts and cheeses and always a vase with fresh flowers for you to enjoy your stay with us.    There will be an extra-fee charged for this served breakfast ($6.00 per person). Please make arrangements at least one day in advance, thank you!  

Payment: At this time we can only accept cash payments, traveller cheques and Pay Pal.  Please be advised that payments have to be made upfront  unless otherwise arranged.  

Other Services:

Dog in Kennel (in Garage) -  free  (arrangements have to be made at time of booking)

Dog-care during the day   -  $ 10 (arrangements have to be made at time of booking)
